Can't find out how to level a player

How many experience points does it take to level a character? I can't seem to find it. Can anyone tell me what page that its on?

I'm not sure what you mean. In M&M, warriors advance by gaining Glory points, magicians by gaining Wisdom points and only specialists ever gain Experience points.
The points needed to reach the various class levels are clearly shown on Table 1C, page 17 of the Players Manual.
